Our Summer Program is available all summer long to current SBMA students.
Highlights of our Summer Camp include:
- exploration of Spanish, French and Mandarin speaking countries of the world
- exposure to Spanish, French or Mandarin based on the theme of the week
- creative arts and crafts projects
- fun and educational games and play
- theme weeks and special event days
Our summer program is a great way to provide children with a fun-filled and structured day.
Each week we select a Spanish, French or Mandarin speaking country that serves as our theme and our staff prepares cultural activities accordingly. Our second language instructors and other highly qualified bilingual staff work with the children throughout the summer which allows continuous exposure to the languages that we offer.
Children must be age 2 – 6 and toilet-trained to be eligible to attend our summer program.
Children are divided into two groups based on age for most of the day, but are all together for planned activities and events.
Explorers (age 2.5-4) will have a nap/rest period for approximately 90 minutes each afternoon.
Travelers (age 4-6) will have additional activity time each afternoon.
Space is limited and enrollment is confirmed on a first come-first serve basis. Enrollment is open to current students only.
